Interview of Dr Alain lafeuillade

Alain Lafeuillade, chair of the 2012 ISHEID wishes you a happy new year and invites you to join the community of researchers, clinicians and patients working for a world free of HIV and AIDS in Marseille, 23-25 May 2012.

Alain Lafeuillade explains the reason which led him to create the ISHEID Congress and how it became a congress of reference, along with other major conferences in this field "Initially, in the 90s there was a need for a French HIV meeting because no one existed. In the following years, the meeting clearly became European, then international, because its first principle is to invite, for each topic, the top recognized leaders in the field. Not all the physicians attend the CROI, so the ISHEID gives them another opportunity to get top science....
