Ticket Solo: 1,50€
This single fare allows you to use the whole transport network once and during one hour (limited to one access to the metro). This single fare can be bought also in the bus.

Ticket 2 trips (Ticket 2 voyages): 3€
This fare allows one person to do 2 trips in the transport network.

Journey Pass (Pass journée): 5€
3-Day-Pass (Pass 3 jours): 10,50€
Pass valid from the first validation for an unlimited number of trips until midnight on the same day (Pass journée) or the 3rd day (Pass 3 jours).

Pass group 4 persons: 4,50€
The group pass allows 4 persons at the same time to use the whole transport network once and during one hour (limited to one access to the metro).

By bicycle:

Stations named “Le vélo” are placed approximately every 300 meters in Marseille and propose rented bikes. The station “Rond-point du Prado” is located in front of the Parc Chanot.

Congress access

 

A personal badge will be provided on-site at the welcome desk, with your registration documents. Participants must wear this badge both inside the conference rooms and in the exhibition area.

 

Exhibition

 

The exhibition is located in the Hall des Pas Perdus, on the second floor.

Lunches, coffee breaks and cocktail

 

Coffee breaks as well as lunches will be offered in the exhibition area. A quick lunch will enable participants to stay in the Congress center.

 

The Welcome cocktail will take place on Wednesday, 21st of May 2014 from 18:30 to 20:00 in the exhibition area.

 

Official language

 

The official language of the Symposium is English.

 

Simultaneous translation to french language will be provided to the delegates for all sessions.

Persons entering France should possess a valid passport and/or identification card (except for members of the Euro zone and Swiss). Citizens of some countries require a visa.

Applicants for visas must be registered participants and must have paid their registration fee before requesting an application letter. If the visa is refused, the registration fee will be refunded.

ISHEID 2014 committees and Overcome agency cannot be held liable for any hindrance or disruption of Congress proceedings arising from political, social, economic or public health events or any other unforeseen incidents beyond their control. In case of cancellation, cancellation policies of the congress will be applied.

 

Congress registration entails the full and whole acceptance of these cancellation policies. It is recommended to the participants to obtain an insurance covering for their journey (health, accident, repatriation, cancellation) before leaving. The organizers (ISHEID 2014 and Overcome) cannot be held responsible for any accident, caused by a participant or an accompanying person during or following the congress or during any of the events organized around the congress.
