Participant registration fees include:

- Admission to the scientific sessions from Wednesday May 23^rd to Friday, May 25^th, 2012

- Congress documents, including congress bag and badge

- Access to the commercial exhibition and poster area

- Coffee breaks from Wednesday, May 23^rd to Friday, May 25^th, 2012 

- Quick lunch menu from Wednesday, May 23^rd to Friday, May 25^th, 2012 

Registration fees in €, VAT included.

Applicants for visa must have registered and paid their registration fees before requesting an application letter. If the visa is refused, the registration fees will be refunded.

The sending of this letter does not engage the Steering Committee to a financial coverage of the travel and housing arrangement such as the registration fees of the congress.

Please register online before May 22nd, 2012. After this date, you will only be able to register onsite, at the welcome desk in the Parc Chanot in Marseille. During the Congress, registration fees are to be settled in Euros (€) by cash, by credit card or by check.
